We don’t need for you to “join” anything

We don’t need to you to give money

We don’t need you to fill a form in.

We don’t need to know your details.

You don’t have to tell your story.

We may not ever know if this has helped.

We may never know you.

You don’t need to contact us- unless you want to!

We do not think we know better than you.

We will walk beside you and hold your hand.

This is our gift to you and is sent with love and hope and encouragement.

Self empowerment is not a softer option to all the myriad “service providers” that may tell you they can help.

Self empowerment is for SURVIVORS! who do not any longer want to be victims.

Self empowerment is just that- regaining the power that has been taken from you.

It means taking charge, being in control of your own destiny, and not giving you power away ever  to someone else.

It means having your own voice, and recovering on your own terms, it means the beginning of valuing yourself as the precious human being you are.

You may have added worries, that a professional may help with, you may need a lawyer or a doctor, or a specialist in some field,  but they can only ever be a supporting act! Choose them wisely, we have compiled some thoughts on how to do that.

No one knows better than you what you have been through and what you now need.

You may feel you are not strong enough, but you have survived so far the worst betrayal of body and trust -you are AWSOME! And made of stardust!

And wether we ever meet or not-
